It does not describe our handling of protected health information (PHI) received in the course of providing billing services to healthcare clients — that is governed by HIPAA and the Business Associate Agreements we sign with each client.
When you submit our contact or assessment form, we receive the information you choose to share: your name, organization, phone number, email, specialty, approximate collections range, and your message. We collect this only to respond to your inquiry and discuss our services with you.
Please do not submit patient information through this website. This site's forms are for business inquiries only and are not a secure channel for PHI. If you are a current client needing to share patient data, use the secure channels established in your service agreement.
We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, provide requested assessments, and communicate about our services. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing purposes.
